The Depot Foundation has promoted Jason Young to Executive
Director. Jason began working for the Depot Foundation in March 2023 as Development
Director. In his time with the Depot Foundation, significant strides have been made moving
from a private foundation to a public charity. Jason has been working with non-profits since
2001 and fundraising since 2006.
Mr. Young states, “I am thrilled with this opportunity to lead the Depot Foundation moving
forward. The Depot Foundation has a rich 45-year history to build on and an exciting future.
I appreciate our Board of Directors passion and dedication to our mission, the St. Louis
County Depot, and art and culture in our community.”
Depot Foundation Board chair Amy Kuronen added, “on behalf of the Board, we are all so
happy to have Jason in this position and we are looking forward to a bright future for the
Depot Foundation.”
Jason lives in Hermantown with his wife and two children.
